Bond:
Bookings will not be held without a bond. This amount is refundable only at the conclusion of clients’ functions.  The bond will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.

Confirmation of Function details:
All function details (number of guests, food, bar tab etc) must be confirmed at least 10 days prior to the function date. Orders and changes may not be accepted after this time.

Minimum Spend:
All functions must adhere to the minimum spend stipulated.  Clients are liable for the difference in the event of minimum spend not being met.

Damage:
Repairs for damages to premises and property caused by function patrons will be liability of the client.  Where appropriate the cost for such will be deducted from the bond.

Food & Beverages:
With the sole exception of birthday cakes, clients may not provide their own food or beverages.  For a service fee of $15, Mofo Lounge will gladly cut and serve all cakes provided.

* Client’s should make appropriate arrangements to remove all belongings from the premises at the conclusion of their function. No property, equipment or gifts may be left at the premises overnight. 

* Mofo Lounge reserves the right to remove from the function premises any patrons who display unruly or drunken behaviour

* Guests under the age of 18 must be under adult supervision and Mofo Lounge retains the right to refuse entry or service of alcohol to any persons under 18 years of age.
