Mixology Classes
Ever fancied yourself as a closet bar tender? Let our award winning Mixology Master teach you the tricks of the trade and have a great time in the process. As Mixology classes are such a versatile experience, it can act as a great team building exercise and ice-breaker for your next corporate function or a great way to kick off your hens night.
We will set up mini bar stations for you and your guests, entertain you with a flair pouring demonstration, conduct a cocktail-making lesson and then let you get creative to make and try your own original creations! The guest of honour will also get to go behind the bar and test their skills against our bar tender.

Your Host
Your host for your Mixology Class will be the very talented venue manager and bar tender extraordinaire Dave Chick. Dave has been a legend in the national bar scene for over 17 years and has taken out a series of illustrious awards including:

- Vice President Australian Bar Tenders Association - 2003

Mosq and Morocco Facilities and Services
Both venues can provide the following facilities and services for your next function:

Photos, presentations & DVDs: Complimentary use of TV, DVD player, projector (Mosq only) & JPEG player to display your digital photos or movies
Music: Provide your own ipod, or DJ. Alternatively, we can arrange a DJ for you.
Food: Select from individual food items or discounted food packages based on your budget and guest numbers.
Bar: Select from bar tab options and beverage packages customised to match your budget and numbers. Both venues have tea and coffee making facilities.
Function Coordinator: A function coordinator dedicated to taking the stress out of planning your function and will work personally with you throughout the planning process to assist you with the organisation of food, drink, music and any other requirements you may have. This service is provided at no extra charge.
Privacy: Exclusive use of the entire venue – no public access, just you and your guests
